Sometimes I get the question if I am interested in building a website for someone else. The last few years I did that a couple of times and that was fun. For a modest fee, this would at least be something we can discuss.
In advance, a clear plan which clearly specify what functionality the site must have. A delivery date and a few other things. Normally I handover the project without further site maintenance, you have to do this yourself. I document the project nicely so this should not be a problem.
